As the 2024 National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations kick-off, Higher{Education and Training Minister, Dr Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane, has reminded all matriculants to seize the opportunity to make an application for funding from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
"The applying window will close on fifteen December 2024, and you will find not many days left to post applications. Qualified students are urged to apply immediately to secure money guidance for his or her post-school education," Nkabane said.
Nkabane extended well wishes to all matriculants, who sat for the National Senior Certificate Exams, with learners writing languages, English and Afrikaans Paper three.
Nkabane said this pivotal moment marks the fruits of a long time of effort and encourages the Class of 2024 to approach their exams with resolve and self-assurance.

• Higher Education institutions: Universities and higher education providers offering degree and diploma programmes.
